The olives used for this oil are Tonda Iblea, cultivated with passion and dedication according to organic farming methods, free from pesticides and herbicides. The olive grove is situated in Sicily, in the rolling hills of San Giacomo Bellocozzo, Ragusa. Sun-kissed and carefully harvested, the olives are hand-picked with great care.
Crafting the Oil
Once harvested, the olives are cold-pressed using a continuous cycle process without adding water. This meticulous method ensures the oil retains its exceptional quality, vibrant flavor, and nutritional integrity.
